Catarrh Rub On Oil.
A very handy bottle of oil made with a blend of sweet almond and pure essential oils reputed to ease the symptoms of catarrh. Comes in handy 10ml bottle, ideal to keep in pocket/handbag or a value 30ml bottle. Each bottle contains a dropper so the oil does not pour out quickly. Place a couple of drops in the palm of one hand and use fingertip to rub into sinus tract (along side of nose) and dab behind ears if symptoms are strong and stubborn.
